Priced exceptionally well. Two are better than one! Paul P — July 15, I bought this torch a couple of years ago. I loved it. It made igniting or melting what ever simple and easy in all sorts of conditions,wind ,rain , damp materials.

It stopped working one day and I threw it in my desk drawer. I came across it one day and thought to research how to repair it. I followed the tutorial but no luck so I contacted soto for some more help with repair. After a brief conversation Cindy asked for my address and sent me a new one , no charge, at all. I live in the middle of the pacific ocean and expect things ordered to take a while to get here. I received it in 4 days.

I rarely give out the best rating because excellence is exceptional. The customer service is exceptional on top of a great product. With a very small screwdriver and a bit more investigation I discovered that the ignition wire had come lose, probably because I rolled the combustion barrel.

OOPs, dont do that! Much appreciation to Cindy and Soto. The lighter it comes with is refillable, but the metal housing on top is super cheap and bends easy. So — cool lighter, but not so reliable. She was great and replaced the torch right away.
